Return Process

  Choose between a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit, then download and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our farm-to-closet team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
